Avalanche Bark

This recipe is wonderful if you are in a hurry! It's quick. No bake. Delicious. These ingredients (or most of them) are usually in my house at all times, so this could be easy to come up with on the fly! I can train myself to always keep rice krispies around! =)

Avalanche Bars Recipe Source
12 oz bag of white chocolate chips
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups Rice Krispies
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
lightly greased 9x9 pan

1. Grease a 9x9 pan lightly with cooking spray
2. In a microwave safe bowl melt white chocolate chips, stirring in 30 second intervals (to avoid burning) until melted
3. Add peanut butter to melted chips
4. Pour in the krispies, mix and then let cool until room temperature (approx 15-20 mins).
Don't rush! Wait!
5. Once it has reached room temperature (or you just cannot wait any longer) add the mini chocolate chips and marshmallows. stir to combine.
6. Dump mixture into the greased bowl and pressed lightly with the back of your spatula. (if you press too hard, the bars will come out on the harder side).
7. Cut into squares once cooled, serve, and enjoy! (you can place pan in fridge to speed along cooling process)

Panel Score: 5 out of 5 stars! Winner!
Baker Notes: VERY sweet, but still yummy! Extraordinarily simple to make! Moderate clean up!
