Unicorn Floaty Cookies

I had a fun summer order (that i didn't take a picture of - ugh!!) and with the extra dough and frosting I made these for the kids' school pool party!! I have desperately wanted to make these floaty cookies since they became a thing and when I happened upon the cutters I had to get them - and really what's 2 more cookie cutters?
